Phil gets off work early on Fridays, so we waited until late afternoon so we could swim with him. We pretty much had our neighborhood pool all to ourselves from 4:30-6:00. I took the kids swimming on my own earlier in the day, but they kept asking where their friends were. I guess just playing with Mommy has gotten old already.
We have to spend at least 5 minutes on the stairs before everyone gets brave enough to swim

Looks like fun! We'll have to come over and go swimming with you all sometime!!! Kate would love swimming with friends!
