Andrew's new bed

Nana and Papa got Andrew his big boy bedding for his birthday. I wanted to do a sports theme in his room, but just fell in love with this pattern. It is so cute and has all his favorite things. The company makes some wallies of the big trucks, trains, and planes so we are going to put those on the wall. Hopefully it will one day entice him to sleep in the bed! You can see the corner of a crib in one of the pictures. He is back in a crib after two long nights. We put Evie's old crib in his room last night because Mommy and Andrew need some sleep!

So perfect for a little boy!

It's amazing how different kids are. Corbin HATED his crib and was flipping, yes flipping (like grabbing on with both hands and doing a somersault over the edge onto the floor) at 8 months old. Needless to say we moved on to the toddler conversion at that point. Shortly after he turned 1 we got him a big bed, full size, and he has been sleeping in that every since. In our case the crib was a complete waste of money. Ha! But if he loves it I would keep him there as long as possible. Hey whatever works. It's just crazy how different each kid can really be.
